Who is eligible?

The prize draw is open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK. Employees of Insura Limited (and their families) and connected companies will not be eligible. Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw. Entry to the prize draw can only be accepted by requesting a quotation on this website.

About the prize

The Apple iPhone3G is currently exclusively available through 02 in the UK. The prize is a pay-as-you-go phone (8GB 3G model), and not any monthly payment plan, free calls or contract. Currently the pay-as-you-go iPhone includes unlimited browsing and Wi-Fi for the first 12 months after you activate your iPhone 3G*. The specification of the phone, included items and any other details relating to this prize are subject to the offer being currently available from O2 at the time of the draw.

The prize is not transferable and a cash alternative will not be offered.

Insura Limited reserves the right to substitute without prior notice, the prize stated with a prize of equal or greater value.

*Unlimited data and Wi-Fi applies to use in the UK only, subject to excessive usage policy. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available at any of the Wi-Fi hotspots from O2's partners The Cloud or BT Openzone. Terms apply. Please see O2 site for full details.

About the draw

The draw is free to enter, although participants are responsible for any costs involved in connecting to the web site.

The draw will be made monthly, on the last working day of the month. The winner will be contacted by telephone within 10 days of the draw.

The prize winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge and the judge's decision is final.

Insura Limited will not enter into any correspondence regarding the prize draw.

Further details

Winners of the draw may be displayed on the web site as title, surname and area e.g. Mr White from London. Winners will be deemed to give Insura Limited a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for prize draw entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission.

Insura Limited will not pass on your details to any other organization in accordance with our privacy policy.

By entering into the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these rules.
